Punta La Marmora is the highest peak in Sardinia, rising 1,883 meters above sea level within the Gennargentu mountain range. Standing near the island’s geographic center, this summit offers an expansive panoramic view. On clear winter or summer days free of haze, visitors standing by the summit cross can look out and see both the eastern and western coasts of Sardinia simultaneously.
