Kentas Sub represents a fascinating intersection of modern enology and marine mystery. This unique sparkling wine is submerged to a depth of 40 meters inside an experimental underwater cellar located in the gulf of Alghero, where it rests undisturbed for 6 to 12 months. Under total darkness, constant cool temperatures, and gentle, rhythmic sea currents, the wine ages under optimal isobaric pressure. During its time on the seabed, each bottle becomes organically decorated by marine flora and fauna, making every single unit a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind art piece. Its name pays tribute to the traditional Sardinian toast a kentannos (meaning “may you live to one hundred years”), turning every bottle into a celebration of longevity and maritime heritage.
